Each year we can loose hundreds of acres of crops to pigeon and rabbit demolition and at the moment Pigeons are a problem up at Raikes and Paddington Farm, where they are eating the oil seed rape. Bird scarers will be placed in the fields until the crop is established and in the hope that we don't have whole field crop failure as in the past.  This will be done in accordance with the National Farmers Union Voluntary Code of Practice and as soon as practicable we will of course remove them.

I am just about to take the boys to see some young pinglets which we may add to their menagerie!
