Our friends from across the water, Seaumus and Aisling have just survived a weekend in our chaotic home.  A fair quantity of cheese was consumed, (not as many tomatoes as usual Seamus) and much drinking of tea into the early hours, and of course a great deal of farm talk.   We all had a grand time.. to be sure! ( in an Irish accent).  

Seriously though, it is always good to hear how things are going for Seaumus and to compare farming experiences.  We first met Seamus when he came to work for Laurence in the summer of

1999.  After a summer of arable farming in Wotton, Seamus was enthusiastic about returning home to his fathers dairy farm, where he has since concentrated all his efforts. We are wondering now, whether Kilkenny could survive a return visit!
